QuantumCLS was appointed at post contract stage to act as Employers Agent on an 11 bed extension of an existing care home in Blackwood. The project also comprised an extension of the existing car park creating a permeable surface which was SUDs compliant. The £1.17m commenced on site in November 2024 and completed in August 2025.
