QuantumCLS has been commissioned to provide Post Contract Project Management and Cost Management on this high quality mixed use scheme of circa 405m2 per floor comprising the shell for CO-OP retail store as the anchor tenant and additional commercial unit on the ground floor with six residential apartments on the first floor.

QuantumCLS also provided a full viability study liaising and co-ordinating with local agents to establish the associated sales values and QuantumCLS provided its cost management expertise to establish the development cost. In December 2018, the Client was successful in the amended planning application changing the use and also in demonstrating the scheme could not support any Social Housing contribution.
