QuantumCLS has been appointed by the Development Bank of Wales to act as Fund Monitor for a 20,000 ft2 light industrial development in Lamby Way, Cardiff. The scheme which comprises 8 new shell and core units is being developed by Propco Developments and constructed by BECT Building Contractors Ltd.
