The mixed use scheme at Machen, Caerphilly is now operational. The tenant (CO-OP) completed their fit out a few weeks ago and are now trading.
Julian Kelly (Director) stated, "The scheme was particularly challenging, compounded by the termination of the original contractor. This resulted in significant delays to the original development programme and the introduction of addtional works to accomodate the tenants requirements, which were all completed to their satisfaction"
